How many students per class?: Most sessions have a maximum of 8 students to ensure personal feedback and ample wheel time.
What is the firing schedule?: We typically run bisque firings twice a week and glaze firings weekly. Timelines may vary based on load and weather conditions.
Can I make up a missed session?: If space allows, we offer one make‑up session within the same course cycle. Contact us as early as possible to coordinate.
Is glazing included?: Yes for most courses. Some specialized workshops use custom materials that may have a small additional fee. Details are in the catalog.
Do you sell gift cards?: Yes. Gift cards apply to any class and never expire. Email us and we’ll set it up.
